Mannheim Steamroller Sunrise Concert reviews
Martina wil Shine On Forever!!! Total ENERGY!
I met him at the Dairy Queen in Wilder, Ky. after a concert at the US Bank Arena a few years ago. Her first daughter could have been cute as a button, only 4-6 years old. The electricity and energy Mannheim Steamroller gave to his fans was truly amazing, making this one of the best concerts I have ever attended. She spoke with us briefly and then told us "You folks have a nice day" before they went off in their big bus. I'll never forget that moment, as she is so sincere, and that sincerity also came across in her concert.
She caters to the fans, putting them at ease, and has fun on stage, giving 150% of herself to ensure her fans enjoy the concert. Trace Adkins was fantastic as well, and it was a bonus to see both "stars" at the same concert. I never thought I would see either performer in concert.
I would be hard-pressed to attend another concert at the Bank of Ky Arena, even though I would attend concerts by either performer. The only negative thing about the arena is the HORRIBLE PARKING! My husband, who is 63 years old and walking with a cane, is facing total knee replacement surgery in 3 weeks. My sister, who is 62 years old and has asthma and breathing problems, was also with us. The police officials would not let me "drop them off" at the front door; instead, I had to park in west GOD's country where they made us park and walk.
We left home early to get a close parking space in the garage, but they were only letting the "late comers" park there after all the other parking was filled. There were no signs indicating where the arena was located, and after walking at least 1 mile (and I am not exaggerating), up and down several flights of stairs, we finally got to the arena. I doubt we will attend another concert there due to the parking situation. I have a friend who runs a limo service, and I plan to talk to him about running a shuttle service to help people who don't want to walk, have health problems, or can't walk to get to concerts.
